books to read before they are movies in 2018

Hollywood has a knack of turning books into movies. However, only the best of these books make the cut because adapting a book into film is a grueling experience. This makes these books more attractive to book lovers like you and me. We want to read these books before they turn into movies so that we can assess their adaptation. In 2018, a number of books have been slated to be adapted to the silver screen. The following list shows the 20 best books that are being turned into movies in 2018.

#1. THE BLACK HAND

Author: Stephan Talty

Actors: Leonardo DiCaprio

Release date: 2018

Review:

In this book, Joseph Petrosino (played by Di Caprio) is a tough New York detective amidst a wave of violence experienced in New York against the Italian immigrants in 1903. No one knows who is killing the judges and threatens senators and other influential people with deaths and bombings. The only mark is card: Black hand symbol.

Petrosino has to become the Sherlock Holmes and unravel the mystery, often getting himself in danger in a run that shocks the entire city. This book will make a wonderful film and if DiCaprio will live up to his name, then it is something i’m much looking forward to watch.
